A: seems to stay warm but never leave it long before I drink it.

**Q: Does it have a permanent filter, or do I need to buy paper filters?**
A: U need paper filters. Not expensive. I bought a pk of 100 on amazon really cheap n good ones. This is a great machine. I luv it. Bernice.

**Q: does this come with any fillters to start u off**
A: Yes but only about 10, you can get a pk of 100 really cheap on amazon though, might as well buy both together

**Q: What size paper filters does it need? I'm about to order size 4?**
A: It asks for 1×4 which is probably the same as you are ordering.
