Fits Perfectly on my Dahon Luggage Rack!
This is a fantastic luggage strap! It fits on my Arclite Rack perfectly, and keeps my lunch bag in place when I ride my Dahon to and from work. I'm not sure about lugging heavy weights or giant bags with this - the bottom is plastic, so I can't imagine that it's super tough, but for what I need it works really well, and it's awesome not to have to carry around bungee cords. This just stays in place, even when you're not using it.Great buy and exactly what I wanted.
