Heard from the company with instructions on how to get the roller balls to work better (basically shake bottle and keep inverted for 10 min to allow oil to surround ball. They’re tighter initially to prevent leaking). I did this and they’re working great now! Super fast response from company. Yay for good customer service.Am I missing something? They’re so pretty, but I have a really hard time getting the roller balls to work. A couple work perfect, the rest, not so much. I’ve tried at least half the box and the “spares”.
