Foam inside hasn't torn or crumbled, zipper works, handle seems securely attached and has hard plastic for hand grip. 5 mls are not as tightly held as 10 mls and 15 mls but I'm okay with that. I haven't used the handle to carry it, I leave it sitting on a shelf, so can't say how 5 mls bottles would do sideways, but I imagine there would not be a problem.
