Yes the first time in 10 years in 10 years I’ve been below 300lbs. I discovered this by accident and haven’t looked back or consider3d another product since. I even had a physician I work with review the contents and was surprise at the quality it contains. Yes it’s not a known brand or nationally advertised and doesn’t cost as much but that it the best part. Your bigge competitors are counting on their their adds and extra fit women and men who promote them to trick you into thinking if you buy their product that’s what you can look like. I’m a huge fan of Lean One and their thick shacks. I make mine before I go to sleep at night and it’s ready for me in the am after my exercise. The taste of the banana was much better than in the original I’ll give you that. I use Silk milk in mixing my smoothies,I’m thing of using a thicker milk like oatmeal milk I’ve seen in stores. Maybe that will thicken this up. The strawberry I got was runny as well.
