As the handle folds it's easy to store this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No more splatter *by A***R on 10 January 2025* Great product, sits on top of frying pan well, needs to be cleaned regularly to limit smell from captured spitting fat or oil. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clever design and effective protection – with a minor flaw *by A***X on 21 April 2025* This is great value for money and a handy bit of kit if you're tired of cleaning fat splatter off your hob every time you fry something. It’s definitely improved the functionality of my kitchen routine – I get much less mess without needing to change how I cook. There is one small downside: the solid metal with relatively few holes traps steam in the pan, which can cause food to steam instead of fry if you're not careful. A design tweak with more perforations would really help. In the meantime, I just leave a slight gap at the edge – that gives me proper frying and still keeps the splatter contained. Bonus: it lets the smell of steak escape into the kitchen without the greasy mess. It’s a good fit for larger frying pans, and the foldable handle makes it easy to store. It’s easy to clean too – folds down enough for the dishwasher, but also quick to rinse in the sink. A solid option for reducing cleanup while keeping your food crisp.
