There was a small fault with the product which was quickly resolved with the company Splendid Pets, who were soooo helpful in making the return easy for me. My Westie loves the ride to the village and would wave a paw if he could. It has been the perfect pushcair and made both my life and Charlie's so much better. No more pulling on the lead and getting impatient. The velcro straps that seems to hold around the frame all ripped and broke and honestly couldn't manage the weight. The base of the pushchair. where the dog will sit is a bit of cardboard and doesn't fit or sit properly in the pushchair. It is dangerous as our dog was tipping out of it, it's just not safe. All in all, very poor quality, not safe for use, it feels like it's going to fall apart and not cheap either. BAD BUY.......don't do it!!!!!!
