Review: Great lawn mower - Great lawn mower, easy to store and more than powerful enough for the size of my lawns and it cuts really well. The item was well packed and I would use this dealer again and recommend to friends.
Review: Very disapointing - Having had an excellent Concord 32 electric cylinder mower for over 20 years, i thought i was buying what appeared to be a like for like replacement. Wrong. The quality of cut on this mower is horrific. At 27mm all it does is flatten and chew the grass a bit but doesn't really cut it at all, and at the lower 17mm cut it simply scalped the grass and turns the lawn brown. (my lawn is also flat) The factory obviously don't set the adjustable bar under the mower as the cylinder blade was no where near it. I spent an age tweaking and adjusting it, even then to no real avail. The plastic brackets for the grass box are a poor / cheap design choice and will snap very easily. The same quality of cut can be achieved using a much cheaper rotary mower, so based upon my experience don't waste your money on this product

**Q: This Qualcast mower is £128.88 plus £5 cartridge why would you by it when Homebase sell it for £79 all in. Why?**
A: Bought mine at Homebase and it was the biggest load of rubbish, the motor burnt out after a few usages.

**Q: does it have enough power at 400 w**
A: I find 400w is plenty of power for cutting grass, even when it is long.

**Q: Does it include a collection box?**
A: Yes 45 litre grass collection box

**Q: Im struggling to find a replacement belt for this model,  could you advise please. Kind regards Jane**
A: Motor burnt out after a few usages so took it back and got a Flymo. I just wish that I could have my old Concorde back I was terribly disappointed with this Qualcast mower and would not recommend it. As for the belt I suggest that you try Buyspares. In the past I have found them very good.

This was a Qualcast lawnmower which had been damaged in transit (small corner piece of plastic missing). We had it exactly 3 weeks when it gave a loud bang and stopped mowing. However, it was not very easy to return but we received a refund immediately. Disappointing.
