**Q: IIs there ghosting on this? Like if I play fifa and press i + space will it register?**
A: The keyboard is unpredictable and slow to response. Moreover, the after sales service is WORST. Within one month of buying I noticed that the DEL key and F12 key are not responding properly at the time of booting and most of the time I cannot enter the CMOS Setup of the motherboard. I raised a complaint by emailing them on 25th September, 2023. Still I haven’t received any replacement. This is not 200/300 rupees keyboard that you can throw it away if it is defective. If you can't get a fast after sales support then the product is not worth buying. Moreover you must have a spare keyboard if you have to replace it because they will take it from you and God knows when you will get the replacement keyboard.  HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

A: Yes absolutely.

A: Astra M200 comes with a dedicated software. Astra G100 doesn't have a dedicated software yet.

### ⭐ Most worthless after sales support - DON’T BUY!!!

I purchased this product from Amazon and it was delivered on 25th August, 2023, within scheduled time. No complain about Amazon delivery. Just upon 1 month complition, on 25th Sept. 2023, I had to format my PC and at that time, I found that the DEL keys and F12 keys are not working and I can't enter the BIOS Setup. After few tries, I realized that the keyboard is not sending signal to the motherboard and when booting, the keyboard lights up once and then goes dark and is not responding. It is only responding after the machine booting into OS. I disabled the FAST BOOTING and tried the keyboard to enter the BIOS. No response. Same thing happened. I used my old Zebronics keyboard and it worked as a charm. This means the ASTRA G100 keyboard which I have received is defective. Then I mailed to care@astratechlab.com mentioning the problem and asked them to replace it. The only reply I have received from them till date, is the machine generated auto response email "Your request (166976) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." That's all. So, if someone is thinking to buy this keyboard and doesn’t bother about the AFTER SALES SUPPORT, sure you can go for this. But if you are concerned about the AFTER SALES SUPPORT, then I will not encourage them to buy this keyboard... not only this keyboard, but any product from ARCHERTECHLAB, because AFTER SALES SUPPORT, doesn’t cover only one product but it covers all the products. So, if their SUPPORT is so BAD for one product, that means it is BAD FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS. Hope this review will help others to make an well informed decision.
