When you get a replacement, make sure you get the right model. The person with the other photo appears to have made the same mistake I did the first time — I can’t reply, so adding this here. The P10 is the “nasal pillow” that has prongs that settle inside your nostril. The N30 is the “nasal cradle” that has gaps for the nostrils but stays outside your nose. Note that the connectors are different. The N30 is “taller” and has a notch for the nasal cradle at the attachment point. The P10 had a shorter profile and small slots to connect. They are not interchangeable, unfortunately. You can swap out the sizes in both models but you cannot interchange the cradle/pillow across to the frame for the other. Sleep well, everyone!
