Blade is detached from the handle with ease. It’s a pity that replacement blades are not more readily available, I am collecting too many useless handles. Review: Laser cut - I don't often leave reviews because 9 out of 10 times I am underwhelmed by my purchase. This saw on the other hand exceeded all expectations, a joy to use, making fine straight cuts a breeze. All you need to do is take your time and don't hack at the timber as if you were using a first fix English blade. I would not have been able to get such a fine cut with a machine and that is what I wanted. It cuts on the back stroke, it is very sharpe and the blade is very, very flexible. Blade is detached from the handle with ease. Truly amazing and very impressed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cuts beautifully *by C***Y on 19 December 2013* The blade itself is good quality and makes a beautiful clean cut with a very narrow kerf. I do find the plastic handle a bit cheap feeling, but it does not detract from the overall effectiveness; I think I will make a nice wooden handle sometime in the future. The blade is very flexible (by design) and this takes a bit of getting used to as it is designed to cut on the pull stroke (which actually keeps the blade naturally straight).
