## Description

Upright variety of perennial indented wild leaf rocket. This herb is prized for its flavour in salads. Spiciness increases as the plant matures.  Approx 7000 Seed  Sow direct; in drills, from April to September, staggering sowings. This plant tolerates most soils in full sun. Pick the leaves as required, best used fresh. This variety does not bolt as easily as the annual one. Flowers should be removed to promote full flavour.

Grew well in clay-y stony soil with minimal input far more then I could harvest and had a stronger flavor then supermarket equivalent. Plenty of seed so hopefully come back next season.
