My under eyes are ever so slightly less purple. It's non-greasy and after application leaves a someone what Matte texture so isn't irritating at all UNLESS you happen to get any in your eye, which immediately starts to burn, but dab with some paper and it instantly stops. Overall I'd say this is somewhat effective, the only reason it's not 5 star as I have been sleeping better so I'm uncertain as to whether the loss of purple under eye marks is due to that or the serum.
