After reading Dr Sarah Brewers book on raised cholesterol she advises to take 25mg of Lycopene a day I take 2 capsules = 30mg and 1 Lecithin capsule my cholesterol was raised at 6.5 I have been taking these for three months and my cholesterol is now 4.8.

Naturally derived from tomatoes (as you might guess from the packaging) Lycopene is a great antioxidant and also used to keep prostates healthy. This pack contains 30 soft gels each around 1cm by 0.5cm in size that are easily swallowed. I recommend taking one a day to keep yourself in good shape. It's like eating a super compressed vine of tomatoes! The one downside to these is the foil packaging which means its a bit of a fiddle getting them out every day.

I have been taking these for years as I don't like tomatoes, except in cheese and tomato sandwiches (which is weird I know). They are the quickest way to get all the goodness of 6 ripe tomatoes into you without having to eat tomatoes.
