Issues like the call fading out where you can no longer hear the other person.** A: YES, I use Plantronics headsets and these cables at work and it is a common issue (globally) for some APP-51 adapters with the certain HW-Release like 02/16 A41.02 or 07/18. We get Echo-Issue, calls fading and dropping completely.
