You need a Plate for the UP100 cistern which by a look on google appears to be a Delta. **Q: Hi, will it fit 111.370.00.5 12cm UP320 ? thank you** A: There's a flush plate compatibility chart on geberit website. **Q: Hi I have a Geberit concealed cistern and I’m not sure if this will fit my unit as I have already bought one earlier and did not mach the fitting .** A: You need to check the measurements as certain designs will only fit certain cisterns. The two popular ones are the Sigma (size 246mmx164mm) and the Kappa (size 213mm x 142mm - ASIN B008ET4UKA) but from there are a couple of further designs and obviously different colours.
