Not a hot spice - use it for flavour - doesn't have to be curry-like meals; it is nice on chicken in a salad.

A: I can't help you with this because I have only used the Rajah Garam masala.

A: Westmill (Rajah) is a UK company, the ingredients come from Multiple Countries, the packaging and quality control is done in the UK

**Q: Is the cinnamon overpowering in this mixture?**
A: No.
This, in my opinion, is one of the better Garam Masala mixes.
