A: No, this is a 0.7mm Tip. V7 relates to 0.7mm, V5 to 0.5mm

**Q: Will this pen work with highlighters?Will it smudge?**
A: This ink is no different to fountain pen ink when it dries so should not smudge

**Q: Is it waterprooof??????!!**
A: No I have split liquid on my diary, and the ink smudged, and   left the writing impossible to read.
