The second order of two packs supplied by 'competitory' is not the same item in terms of quality or function, these bulbs do not fully light up and flash in a way that makes them unusable. The seller has not accepted my return request, leaving me unable to recommend this product. ### ⭐ Not suitable for 12V constant voltage operation *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 2 November 2020* I tried reviewing these already but it seems to have vanished into thin air. The bulbs I received seem to be the same as those reviewed by Ed. If connected to 12V DC as described in the description they initially consume 500mA which equates to the advertised 6Watts, however they quickly heat up and go into thermal runaway with the current consumption steadily increasing as they they heat up. Smoke fills the globe and the LEDs start to flicker and fail. By running them in constant current mode they run ok. I have tried one for several hours at 300mA, however this would be beyond the average consumer to setup (I'm an electronics engineer). They appear to have no internal current limiting and are not suitable for 12V operation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impressed. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 December 2021* Good light for the wattage, come years since I purchased these, still working. ## Frequently Bought Together - 6 Pack DC 12V Battery System Globe Warm White 2700k 6 Watt LED Edison Filament A60 A19 Light Bulb E26 E27 Medium Base Lamp DC 12 Volt Original Vintage Nostalgic Classic Edison Pear Shape Lighting - Aplstar E26 E27 Light Socket,8-Pack Black Edison Retro Pendant lamp Holder, E26 E27 Plastic Standard Screw-in Socket Maximum Wattage 250W Heat Resistant Up to 200℃ Fire Resistant - KPIBEST Retro Industrial Black Ceiling Light, Vintage Steampunk Style Iron Art 4-Light Wall Lights for Farmhouse Country Hotel Restaurant Cafe Bar Creative Lamp --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/50255964-6-pack-dc-12v-pendant-2700k-6-watt-led-edison](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/50255964-6-pack-dc-12v-pendant-2700k-6-watt-led-edison) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
