Compact and maneuverable, this small cutting machine will easily handle all cutting work. The device makes it very easy to cut bread, but also fruits, vegetables, cheese and other foods. All parts ensuring stability are made of metal, which makes the device robust and precisely cut. Blade The stainless steel disc knife ensures the perfect "cut". This mode is recommended for all types of use. With the serrated knife, hard or soft cutting materials can be cut into appetizing slices. Push safety switch for momentary and continuous operation Two operating modes are available. For temporary operation, press the switch in position "II". The rotary blade operates as long as the switch remains pressed in this position. For permanent operation, press the switch in position "I". The rotary blade operates in this mode without holding the switch until the switch is returned to the "0" position. Removable trolley The E 16 universal slicer trolley can be easily removed for oversized cutting items or for cleaning.
