This one I was drawn to because it was larger and nearer a proper pillow size, Tempur seem to be smaller. I slept on it for the first time last night and found it very comfortable. I do have neck and shoulder issues and bought a cheap one from Lidl a few weeks ago to try out because I've not slept on anything this shape before and for the price it was quite comfortable and got me used to this kind of pillow.This Tampor pillow is very good, springs back well and I would definitely recommend this as an excellent buy. I tried the higher side first part of the night and then swapped to the slightly lower side and for me the lower side won, other people may find that the higher side suits them best, it all depends on your neck length I suppose. I did does come rolled up in a box but it soon goes into shape when taken out of the packaging, and comes with an extra pillowcase which I didn't realise too. I did take it out of the pillowcase it came in to let the air get to it better and left it like that for 24 hours. I read that some people said the pillow had a very strong smell but I didn't find that at all, a very slight one maybe but nothing that was overpowering. It said to leave the pillow for 2 days before using it but I used mine after 24 hours and it was fine. A tip I would recommend is just to use the pillowcase as is, I tried putting the cheaper one I purchased into a normal pillowcase and it swashed it slightly and didn't seem as comfortable so I took it off. I take the pillow off my bed during the day and put my normal pillows back on just for the asthetically pleasing side of things but that's just a personal preference.Overall a very good pillow for the price and I feel it could last very well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Four Stars *by M***K on 14 August 2017* It's good quality, nice feel to it but not thick enough for guys with broad shoulders. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pillow *by M***R on 20 July 2018* I have had neck problems on and off for a couple of years, finally bought this pillow, and it has helped so much, it feels a bit weird at first as it isn’t fluffy and soft. But it is so comfortable and supportive. I have been sleeping much better ever since it arrived and my neck pain has been reduced.
