But this particular model is the best I've ever used. Anyone who uses wired networks eventually comes upon a time when the cable just doesn't reach where you need it to go. Just pop one of these beauties on the short end and an extension cable into the other hole and you have a solid, trustworthy, and longer cable! The big feature of this product is the way it is built. While so many others are cheap molded plastic, these are formed inside a very sturdy aluminum body. Cables click into it tight and reliable. And, while you wouldn't do it on purpose, if someone accidentally stepped on this connector, it would stand up to the weight and pressure with no problem at all. Try THAT with a plastic one!
