I highly recommend this book! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but not the original *by C***E on August 7, 2025* Looks good, I was a little disappointed that it wasn't the original book( my mistake I guess, I misunderstood the description) but the explanations look good and it includes some helpful photos. It does advocate modern exercise tools like Pilates hoops but the book explains that the shifts are due to what we've learned about anatomy and exercise since the original.
