Or how much filling will it hold?** A: The diameter of the cups is 2 1/2 inches and 1/2 inch deep with a shallow slope. A round of pastry cut with a 3 inch cookie/biscuit cutter just fits in the depression. Each little cup will hold 2 tablespoons of liquid. We use it for jam tarts adding a layer of pastry and about a teaspoon of jam before baking. **Q: Where is this pan made?** A: I'm not sure where it's made, but I can recommend it. It is durable and stick proof.
