I expect it also works on a sunny day to start a camp fire too, haven't tried that though. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value *by T***L on 23 June 2024* Good value for money, big magnifying glass. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice build quality quick shipping *by J***Z on 4 September 2024* Well worth the price however please note the magnification is 1.5 which is not much. I purchased it for my nephew who collects stamps and thought he would have fun using it to look at his collection. I gave it to him in the packaging it arrived in from Amazon figuring he would have fun opening the package. After using it he told me he thought it was broken. I asked him how so? He handed it to me and I could not see anything wrong with it. Then I looked at at something using it to do so. It turns out it has a low level of magnification. It was not suit for purpose in my nephews case. If a low level of magnification is what you are looking for it is a great choice.
