**Q: how do you release chocolate from mold?**
A: It will only release when the chocolate has set,  it need to be in a room 68 to 70 degree if its to warm in the room it will not set,  put in the refrigerator about 5 to 10 minutes, turn over and tap out chocolates. if they don't come out then,  you chocolate was not tempered correctly

**Q: I’d like to know how the manufacturer recommends cleaning the molds?**
A: Clean the molds with cotton balls is better

**Q: Do you make deliveries to Argentina?**
A: sorry。can not

**Q: If I put 2 halves together can I fit 1 oz of filling?**
A: can't.   it is small

I usually use fat Daddio molds but for the price was willing to stray. So glad I did! Theolds are not as thick or stiff as FDs which had me a little worried- until I used it. The fact that they are just a TAD flexible is great for removing the chocolate. You can literally twist like an ice cube tray to release anything that may not release on it's own. I have 2 more molds from this company that I will be using this week. I'm anticipating the same great results... And then I'll be hunting for their other molds. :)
