It's one of the criteria I look for when purchasing something. I bought this particular brush, and purchased many other items based on it being an Amazon recommended item. Although, I didn't have good luck with this brush (it broke after two uses with minimal snow fall) I have yet to have a bad experience with any other Amazon recommended item. And even though the return window had closed on this item I was able to return it for a full refund with no hassle. Amazon will stand behind their products and make it right when something goes wrong. On a side note, I purchased another snow brush which appears to be the exact same brush but in a different color and with another brand name's label slapped on it, and I have not had a problem with it yet. **Q: will the locking button stay in place in the cold weather, especially when pushin the snow? Will it stay locked?** A: I havnt had a problem with the lock button coming unlocked. We got a lot of heavy snow in Massachusetts last year too. This is a good quality product and you shouldn't have any problems. **Q: Will the broom side scratch our vehicles?** A: The bristles are sturdy but soft; we have not had a problem so far with scratching but have only used the item a couple of times. **Q: How durable is the pivot joint?** A: I owned mine for under 2 years and the joint broke this morning. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars This is the real deal in snow brushes *by G***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 5, 2021* Broke two snow brushes last year cleaning the snow off of my truck. Decided to go with a heavy duty snow brush and found this brush on Amazon. This snow brush does not disappoint, I like the ability to quickly snap the heads on and off to get them out of the way when not in use. The brush is well made and heavy enough to move snow. The ice scraper is also well made and works well. Was not sure of the squeegee but have found for heavy wet snow the squeegee works better than the brush. Very happy with my purchase and plan to buy two more for my other vehicles. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars This thing is a beast! *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 1, 2017* Got this for my husband to use on his Silverado HD2500 crew cab pickup. It is a tall and wide vehicle, so regular-sized snow brush/ice scraper tools won’t reach as far as necessary to clear the snow and ice off of the whole windshield, hood, and roof. After using it for the first time after 6” snow, he reported back that this tool is a beast! It is strong, the length is adjustable, and he was able to clear all the snow and ice off of his truck without resorting to using a step stool to reach all the way across. It is a big tool and does take up a bit of room in the back seat of his truck. He says he may need to install a big tool box in the back of the truck to carry it around. 😁11-27-2019 update:After two winters of usage, the brush head broke off, as I see has happened to many other reviewers. Buyer beware, this is a disposable type of product, not likely to last more than a couple of winters. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Highly recommend this item! Best snow scraper/brush I’ve ever owned! *by G***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 14, 2018* This is the most awesome snow scraper/brush I’ve ever owned!! I loved it so much I bought one for my husband as well!! It is super sturdy and gets the job done. The bristles of the brush aren’t flimsy like other snow brushes I’ve had. It’s extendable and my husband was even able to use it to clean the front windshield of his Ram Promaster work vehicle with no problems. I like the way that the brush is situated so that you can easily push snow off your car instead of awkwardly swiping it off like other brushes I’ve had. I have a feeling this will last a long time and I’m extremely happy with the purchase! Would highly recommend!! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/50673458-snow-moover-58-extendable-snow-brush-with-squeegee-and-ice](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/50673458-snow-moover-58-extendable-snow-brush-with-squeegee-and-ice) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
