TL;DR They’re gross because they’re iron gummies. They’re good quality, absorption, price for iron supplements. When I have anemic symptoms I take a dose of those on top of my regular supplements and I feel better. I haven’t done blood work but lessened symptoms is good enough for me. There’s a pleasant fruit flavor that is completely overwhelmed by the bloody taste of iron. They taste like chewing on a bloodclot with grit in it. Luckily they’re softer than you’d expect, unluckily it clings to your teeth big time. Bring a strong chaser like whiskey or a carbonated drink. They have never caused me to have an upset stomach, and almost everything does. Long story short, it ain’t a spoonful of sugar.
