Call amazon for a refund. They let me keep the one bottle. **Q: Mine didn’t come with a sprayer! Why??** A: If you purchased the Pack of 6 refill, it does not come with the sprayer. This package is for consumers who already have a sprayer from a previous purchase. I'd suggest going out to purchase a bottle of this with a sprayer at your local store. This Dish Soap works great! **Q: How is it free and clear when it has fragrance??** A: It has no dye so this is an advantage? The fragrance could be an issue for some. They really should say dye free. **Q: Why am i only getting one bottle when i order the six pack? the replacement order was incorrect as well. why?** A: I can't answer because I don't know what you ordered. I had ordered separately the spray bottle to try &then the 6pk replacement which came.
