Your house or commercial property will loose heat during cold weather partly Due To poor thermal insulation, but also due to air infiltration or the permeability Of the building. Infiltration or permeability is measured in meters cubed per hour per square meter of floor area. A typical building built 1900 to 1990 will loose around 15-25 meter cubed of air per hour per square meter of floor area. This is due to natural leakage through the fabric of the building, but largely through gaps around Windows and doors. Good use Of draught Excluder could reduce your air permeability to around 10-15 meters cubed per hour which is a good low cost way of reducing you heating bills

**Q: Is this product white or brown**
A: Says white on the front. And has a window cut out so you can see it’s white.

**Q: Would it help reduce noise?**
A: This product definitely reduces drafts and noise.  I noticed a huge difference.  I advise you to wipe down the surface with white spirits or something similar to ensure this product sticks properly. Definitely a worth while product. Let me know if you have any further questions.

**Q: Where do i stick this to upc windows? is it on top of the black rubber?**
A: Depends on the type of window but you must put it on the surface that the window closes against

**Q: Will this stick to wooden door frames if the paintwork is cleaned first?  my front door is wood and not pvc**
A: Yes it will stick to wood but to make sure I used small nail tacks as well. (well spaced) I used mine around my wooden loft entrance  -Its still there firmly fixed and no draughts !
