The leather looks cheap and the metal handles could do with a bit more padding for a comfortable seating experience but the at this price it is a small consideration. The weight is acceptable but I was thinking a carry strap would be a good addition but again a small issue. First thing you must take into consideration it is not a seat it is best described as a method of taking the weight of your feet because you balance your self using the stick to transfer body weight like a fulcrum. The second most important factor is your body size. I am a very slim fella about 9 stone and I would say that 'perching' on this stick about 15 mins before I would be looking to reposition myself and start again. If you are a bigger person bear in mind the the saddle (seat) is not designed for comfort but convenience. The best thing to do is get one as they are handy in emergencies and Amazon will always refund if you are not satisfied! Sorry to be so vague answering but it is a personal purchase. **Q: I am 6'4" tall, I therefore need a longer stick. My question is; what is the walking height of this stick (the overall length when fully extended)?** A: It extends to 32" from ground to centre of seat frame.
