Sizing is not accurate will not support your balls and they will fall out of the pouch

Due to an infection causing swelling, it was important that the pouch be large. It is as is the adjustable belt. The pouch is heavier than those which are net-like, more like an athletic supporter. It should last well.

Very useful for older mrn to keep you from sitting on your nuts!

This product did not work for me at all, and maybe that's on me for not doing more research before buying, but if you need it to hold an ice pack on your nuts after a vasectomy, you are better off just getting a ice gel pack, and throwing on an extra pair of boxer briefs.

Straps are uncomfortable. We ended up not using it and went with supportive underwear instead. When you are dealing with swelling in this area its hard to find anything that works--not the sellers fault
