Is there a big difference between the B2 which I have and the new B3 ?....Would there be any significant advantage to upgrade ?** A: I have recently upgraded and I am pleased. The upgrade was from a ten year old b2 but my comments may not apply to a new B2. The biggest win is that the screen which can show pictures of disc covers, is a major step up from the ticker tape single line of the B2. This is particularly helpful for compilations where there are often options. I have also found the B3 is much better at linking to the web interface which is essential for editting large collections. **Q: Is there any any way to connect to my existing receiver** A: Yes you need a optical cable and a USB to optical converter **Q: can this be used to sync music out to your phone/usb stick for use in car ?** A: The app works as a glorified remote control. You can't stream music to another device. You might be able to transfer the music stored onto a USB device but the compression may mean that the file type doesn't play in a car **Q: Can it connect to any Bluetooth speaker?** A: I don't believe it can (but I could be wrong) - I bought some bluetooth speakers but have connected them with an optical cable. Brennan do have an online forum so they may be able to answer better. Unless I have missed something there are no genre categories and it would be helpful to be able to see the album cover artwork, rather than just the names listed alphabetically. I also found that the online database doesn’t always recognise certain albums which is quite annoying.
