The non stick surface appeared to work well but after a few uses it started to discolour and food started to stick. I followed the instructions carefully - never using spray oils (or any other oils), washed by hand and didn’t scour, didn’t use sharp utensils (only those designed for non stick cookware) but the non stick coating still broke down. In future I will just use cheap and cheerful cookware from my local supermarket, which works just as well! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice pans.
