Now, thanks to their expansion into the US, you can taste their award-winning roasted sesame salad dressing without having to import it yourself. This take on the traditional sesame Japanese dressing is full of nutty sesame flavor backed with the taste of soy and finishing with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Try this versatile dressing as a marinade in your chicken recipes or as a sauce for your pasta salad. Use it as a finishing sauce or a glaze in all your fish recipes. The possibilities are endless, and once you’ve had a taste of this addictive dressing you’ll wonder how your fridge ever survived without it. Please shake well before use, as natural separation may occur, and refrigerate after opening. Product Attributes:Bold Sesame FlavorMulti-Purpose DressingIngredients:CANOLA OIL, WATER, SOY SAUCE(WATER, WHEAT, SOYBEANS, SALT), BROWN SUGAR, SESAME SEEDS, DISTILLED VINEGAR, SALT, MALTODEXTRIN, MSG, SHIITAKE EXTRACT, SOYBEAN OIL, EGG YOLK, SESAME OIL, YEAST EXTRACT, XANTHAN GUM, STEVIA EXTRACT, NATURAL FLAVORS, EDTA (USED TO PROTECT FLAVOR)Contains:Egg, Soy, Wheat Directions Shake well before use. Use as a dressing for salads, boiled vegetables, or as a dip for fried foods. Review: This has become a Problem - bought this thinking it would be a nice sesame dressing. That was my first mistake. This stuff is insanely tasty. It’s creamy, nutty, savory, slightly sweet, and has a really rich roasted sesame flavor. I put it on a salad and immediately started thinking about what else I could reasonably put it on. The answer, apparently, is everything. Salad? Obviously. Chicken? Absolutely. Rice bowls? Yes. Roasted vegetables? They never stood a chance. Dumplings? Get in there. Me, standing in front of the refrigerator wondering if dipping a cucumber directly into the bottle would constitute dinner? Mind your business. It’s thick enough to cling nicely to food without being gloopy, and the sesame flavor actually tastes roasted rather than just vaguely sesame-adjacent. A little goes a surprisingly long way, although that advantage is somewhat undermined by the fact that I keep looking for excuses to use more of it. Cons: I now resent restaurants for giving me lesser salad dressings. Pros: Everything else. Will absolutely buy again. Probably sooner than I should. Review: Excellent flavor - This is the best marinade. Really ramps up the flavor on grilled chicken ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08M9PR731 | | Age Range Description | All Ages | | Brand | Kewpie | | Brand Name | Kewpie | | Coin Variety 1 | Deep Roasted Sesame | | Cuisine | Japanese | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 1,480 Reviews | | Flavour | Sesame | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Package Weight | 0.59 Kilograms | | Item Volume | 16.9 Fluid Ounces | | Item Weight | 16.9 Ounces | | Item form | Liquid | | Item volume | 16.9 Fluid Ounces | | Manufacturer | Kewpie | | Package weight | 0.59 Kilograms | | Part Number | 4013616KEW | | Set Name | Deep Roasted Sesame | | Size | Medium | | UPC | 033357052071 | | Unit Count | 479.10 gram | | Variety | Deep Roasted Sesame | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Kewpie - **Flavour:** Sesame - **Item form:** Liquid - **Item volume:** 16.9 Fluid Ounces - **Package weight:** 0.59 Kilograms - **UPC:** 033357052071 - **Unit count:** 479.10 gram - **Variety:** Deep Roasted Sesame ## Images ![Kewpie Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing (16.9 Oz) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71egrmp+fBL.jpg) ![Kewpie Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing (16.9 Oz) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/811E9TtbTGL.jpg) ![Kewpie Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing (16.9 Oz) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81JU9r09Z3L.jpg) ![Kewpie Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing (16.9 Oz) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71lbAEnog5L.jpg) ![Kewpie Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing (16.9 Oz) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71RijGI7lKL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does this one taste the same as the Imported Japanese Version?** A: Yes it tastes the same as the one you get in Japan, made under license here for the same company! **Q: how many ounces is this >? It is Not in the description** A: It is 30 fl oz (887ml). Thanks. **Q: How is this product's expiry?** A: Not sure of the timeline - but it is a long shelf life even after opening. Great product and great taste. A hint for use - mix it with Mirin or Japanese cooking wine - and marinade meats. Great way to use the product up. **Q: Has anyone else received this 64 fl oz with the mayonnaise separated?** A: I've purchased two of those big bottles because my family loves it. But there has never been any separation of the ingredients. If it were me I would send it back without opening the bottle. I have had at least 10 bottles of different sizes over the last year and I've never seen any separation of the product at all. We love this and use it as a dipping sauce, a salad dressing and even put it on meats before they are cooked on the BBQ or boiler. YUM!!!! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This has become a Problem *by A***E on 10 September 2026* bought this thinking it would be a nice sesame dressing. That was my first mistake. Really ramps up the flavor on grilled chicken ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very tasty *by R***N on 21 August 2026* This is very good dressing. I moved away from Canada where locally made Yeshi dressing was my favorite, sesame ginger and the mild chili. Yeshi is made with nutritional yeast and so tasty. This dressing comes quite close and considering where I live now and the crappy food choices here, I’m happy buying this one. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kewpie DEEP-ROASTED SESAME DRESSING (16.9OZ) - Kewpie Japanese Dressing Roasted Sesame 8 Oz.(Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing (Creamy), 8 Oz) - Kewpie Roasted Garlic Onion Dressing & Marinade - Great for Sautés, Marinades, Salad Dressing or Glaze for Seafood, 30 fl oz (pack of 2) and foldable measure cup --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/514526985-kewpie-deep-roasted-sesame-dressing-16-9-oz](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/514526985-kewpie-deep-roasted-sesame-dressing-16-9-oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
