The waist trainer is so comfortable. I wear it for hours and even eat in it comfortably. It’s washable too.

It works fine for the front view, but from the side the fabric folds over itself and don’t even THINK ab sitting down bc the ribbing shows and it’s very flimsy like I literally can roll it up 💀 ur better off buying smth else prob from a actual waist trainer shop (skims prob-if u actually want ur waist trainer to work it’s gonna be expensive obv.) and also it feels like I can’t really breathe when I’m wearing it… so umm yeah that’s not good

The media could not be loaded. I bought this years ago on here and it’s still in absolute great condition! Make sure you get the right size and wear the correct fit. It is a bit uncomfortable as it helps posture (and that process does not feel good) and cinches waist. Has bones in it to again, help posture, so if you do not sit right, the bones feel weird lol I have a short torso and very wide rib cage so it does dig a little at the bra line which is fine, that is due to my body (petite, athletic, 5’3-4, wide rib cage, not very curvy torso, and not wide hips) make sure that if you are short you get a short size or it will press against nerves. Same with wearing it too tight. Does cause side and back buldge so make sure you wear something to even that out or hold it in place lol no very breathable but it is a very comfortable material!

It’s definitely comfortable. I got an XS i weight 138 waist 26in. A lil bigger than expected BUT I haven’t tried the smallest latch yet. The biggest latch does have me looking snatch, back straight and can feel it sucking me snatched but I think the smallest latch will be the best fitting. I bought a new waist trainer bc I needed something smaller. I’d say it’s true to size tho I’m just petite in the waist. This could probably be worn under clothing, unlike my previous one which was bulky.
