Joico, K-pak, and L'Anza have been my go-to shampoos for their excellent hydration and repairing of damage. Theorie is every bit as effective. It lathers beautifully and rinses out easily, leaving my hair clean but not stripped of moisture. I have oily hair and used to have to lather twice. This shampoo cleanses with one application, yet it doesn't dry out my hair like the formulas that are designed for oily hair. The scent is reminiscent of Aveda products, but more refined and soft.
