I find this very helpful in tracking my diet.  I find it most helful in keeping my sugar levels consistent snd calorie intake under control.  I just have to remember to write everything down. : )

(Just to clarify I wanted this for personal use.)I know how to count calories, I used to do that for diabetic patients when I used to work in healthcare however this notebook is small and awkward.Whatever information is provided in the pyramid or calories reads small and blurred. I actually, personally, could have dealt with the microwriting because I can still read the tiny letters on certain labels that look like a strip of line from afar until you focus but these small words are blurred and unclear.So when you focus there's truly nothing to decipher without hurting eyesight.Aside from that it's just two pages of blurry information, as this is a book I though it would provide more nutrition information or how to correctly count calories.Something worthwhile since it is a book...But then you get the awkward blank pages where you write your daily calories but the book is awkward to hold open to write and a much larger notebook would be better.This is, this....I'm not sure exactly but it looks like an incomplete concept.I might just go with an app despite how much I'd rather write things down! Or just grab a regular notebook and do it there.
