**Q: I workout 3 days and work 6 in a week i work in a grocery store just walking pish carts make bales of cardboard will this be a great supplement for me**
A: I workout 7 days a week. I was taking a multivitamin. I wondered if there was anything better. I found this multiple and am trying to find one as good as this one. So far, none match this one. I would recommend. Disclaimer: I am not an expert on OTC supplements.
