(flies are getting in through them)** A: These are to cover permanent drainage holes on the outside of UPVC doors and windows. They stop the rain getting into the window frame. **Q: Zoex(tm) 10 x drainage caps, weep hole drainage covers upvc windows. we have need cream coloured windows, but you seem to only be offering white.** A: Specialist - probably aluminium frames !! Cant see them being pvc if "cream" !! **Q: What is the distance between the outside of the legs please, need 20mm** A: If my measurements are correct to the outside of the legs it measures 25mm. Centre leg to centre leg is 20mm **Q: Should the drainage slot be upwards or downwards? I think i know the answer, but just checking? As the original ones had the slot upwards?** A: I fitted mine with the drainage slot downwards and have not had any issues. Any water in the frames can then run out.
