2 PIECE GENUINE BD DISCARDIT II SYRINGE; STERILE - Long expiry date. Graduated in 0.2ml (from 0 – 5ml). Length - approx 85mm (closed). Luer slip fitting. Clear barrel for perfect visualisation of syringe contents. Sliding force: the sliding force of BD DISCARDIT II syringes has been reduced to 300 g to ensure smoother movement of plunger and easier positioning of plunger on required graduation. Leak-tight: BD DISCARDIT II syringes are tested during manufacture to a pressure of 8 kg. (Note that the AFNOR standards only require testing to a pressure of 4 kg). Accuracy and safety: transparent barrel. Scale marking: accurate graduation suited to user's needs. Retaining ring: prevent accidental plunger rod withdrawal. New finger grip flanges for better stability and comfort during injection. Ergonomically redesigned plunger for single-handed operation

A: 5ml Capacity Syringe. Main Body is 2.5" Long with end injector nozzle 1cm long with 2mm aperture

A: Hi no mine were white on the end, i used them to make strawberry vodka jellies for a medical theme party and they looked very realistic and everyone enjoyed them.

**Q: Can you sterile these syringes?**
A: put them in the oven at gas mark 7 for 22 minutes, they will be sterile.Don't be silly, how would you sterilise a babies bottle?

**Q: Can they be used with needles?**
A: It does state they are fitted with the Leur Slip fitting.
It also states that the needles are not included.
Going by the above I would say they can.
But would contact the seller for further information.
