You have to plug the charger into the device at an angle, not straight in. Instructions are poorly translated and written. Instructions do not tell you how much pressure to apply, how many times a week to use, or how to use device. Look at the picture that I posted you will see on the right hand side (nasal labial fold) The line that runs from the corner of the nose towards the corner of the lip is not so pronounced, I did not use the device on the right side of my face. However if you look at the left side of my face you will see that the line that runs from the corner of my nose down towards the lower corner of my lip is much more pronounced, that's the side that I use the device on. So I use the device on the left side and did not use it on the right side. As you can see the device made the line running from the nose to the corner of the mouth is worse or more pronounced. So I'm assuming when you use it do not apply a lot of pressure and pull the skin in the upward direction, which is what I was doing. So I feel that I've stretched my skin and made the line much worse. So it actually aged me. Don't apply a lot of pressure and pull the tissue up. I'm so angry right now because it made my face worse. Again I used it on the left side of my face and it made the line more pronounced, And I did not use it on the right side of my face and you can see that the line is not as pronounced.
