Review: Great DAB and CD unit, looks the part and sounds great - I am old school and still love my CD's so this seemed a perfect replacement/upgrade for the kitchen radio. Have Pure clock radios and pleased with them so this was a natural choice. Not cheap but had an desertcart voucher to put towards it and you do get what you pay for. Lovely looking unit looks great in the kitchen. Added bonus was putting it on a shelf higher up (was a little too big for the windowsill) it picked up loads more stations than any other DABs in the house, even the clock radios upstairs. Sound quality excellent for the size of the unit and easy to use. Only downside and it really isn't a big deal is its only available in the Walnut finish - I would have preferred the oak to match the kitchen worktops but that's me being stupidly picky! Really am pleased with it - worth every penny to hear my favourite stations again on the radio - not online!
Review: Outstanding bit of kit! Excellent radio! - I cannot stress enough how great this radio is! The sound quality is fantastic! The design is gorgeous! It is so compact and sturdy, visually very appealing. It just looks and sounds so great! The CD player is very very good! Honestly it is a great bit of kit. I am so very happy with mine! Couple of niggles is that the sleep timer/auto off function is only 60 minutes and my last Pure was 90 minutes. That is more than a personal issue with myself though (never have been able to go to sleep within getting into bed.) The light is still quite bright when turned off even in its lowest setting. That may be just me though as I no longer live near streetlights, so a darker room may make it more evident.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great DAB and CD unit, looks the part and sounds great

I am old school and still love my CD's so this seemed a perfect replacement/upgrade for the kitchen radio. Have Pure clock radios and pleased with them so this was a natural choice. Not cheap but had an amazon voucher to put towards it and you do get what you pay for. Lovely looking unit looks great in the kitchen. Super stylish. Would definitely recommend. Sound quality is good. Looks/feels like a high quality product. CD player is great! Compact for what it is! Minor negatives to consider: the remote control only works when directly in front of it, from a distance, but only from a 90 degree angle; also the sound is quite booming/bass heavy in comparison with our old radio, which was more piercing. This means that my mother, who is a little hard of hearing, tends to have the volume up I think even louder than before!! Finally, the radio antenna is stuck on at the back so only has a range of motion in one plane at the back of the radio, so couldn't be pushed directly backwards for example. Overall, a solid purchase which I am very happy with!
