I tested this theory, and the circles that I have drawn with a sharp drafting pencil using the template are right on the money. **Q: Made in the us? or china?** A: This template is made in China. **Q: What material are these made out of? if plastic, do you know what kind?** A: A bendable plastic.....that's all I know **Q: how many come in a pack as it says its sold in a pack?
