Review: Not very safe - Got this on Saturday totally not good only had on for couple of hours the metal plate came out from side and sole is very unsafe as its slippery plus does not help with support if I hadn't worn it outside I would of returned it so basically a waste of money ,I actually slipped with it on and it ended up causes me more pain than before
