Review: Great for those starting out and want to try making their own spring rolls etc etc - Once wet use quickly or keep lightly damp, quality is good not the best but very good ,can be eaten soft or baked or deep fried ,good size slightly smaller than a good dinner plate, after a couple of tries easy to use and not much taste but the filling is what you want and they add a light flavour excellent value for the amount and the price

**Q: Can they be fried?**
A: As these have to be soaked in water first I cant imagine why not? but as its Rice based I think it would need to be very hot and very quick! personally Like them filledd with Rice noodle, King Prawns, a Little BBQ pork belly , Mint and Thai Basil, rolled into Summer rolls???

**Q: Can these be used for dumplings?**
A: Yes you can use them for dumplings but you need to work fairly quickly and catch them at the right moment once you dip them in water.

**Q: do you know how many calories are in 1 sheet?**
A: 30 calories per paper, they are amazing.

**Q: How many sheets in 1 pack**
A: About 30. These are the best quality, and the best balance of ingredients, in my view.
