A: These speakers operate at 8 ohms

**Q: what are the dimensions of these speakers**
A: Without the wall bracket the speaker dimensions are: height front 152mm, height rear 147mm, width front 101mm, width rear 67mm, depth  105mm. With the bracket height 162mm, depth 119mm. They are well made and feel solid. Sound quality is very good for their size.

**Q: Do you need a sub-woofer for improved bass with these? If so, how do you connect the Sub-woofer to these speakers?**
A: Depends how much bottom end you want, but you will need an amp with a sub option

**Q: Can these be used for extra tv sound, plugged directly into the audio sockets on an LG tv without going through a dvd / surround sound player? Thanks**
