But I wasn't rushing, I was following the instructions page by page and it was easy to assemble. I'm glad I bought this desertcart grill. I love the 4 burners ( my last grill was a Charbroil 2 burner) the side burner is hidden so you have more prep area if you are like me and right handed ( my old grill had the side burner on the left side). What I really like about this grill is the large cooking area, the warming rack and the temperature gauge on the lid ( my old grill didn't have a gauge). With 4 burners and a temperature gauge I can regulate the heat and make just about anything on my new grill that I could make in my oven like biscuits or pizza using a cookie sheet and keep the house cool. It's a handsome looking grill with all the stainless steel, it's sturdy and well made, and easy to keep clean. desertcart's price was great too, much cheaper than the competitors. Is there a conversion kit?** A: I'm sure there is, I would guess the "orifice" would need to be changed, like any other gas's appliance conversion. Don't know more than that. Good Luck **Q: Are there any drip pan aluminum liners/ available to use so that it can be thrown away each time instead of having to wash it every time we grill out?** A: You could just put some aluminum foil regular Reynolds aluminum foil in there line it with that after cooking after it cools off pull it out I myself don't worry about it the drips falls down into the little grease tray pour it out use it next time you can wipe it out with paper towel if you wanted to I'll get about 3 years out of it and buy another one. I took my time assembling the unit and it took me about 3 hours. Instructions were clear and hardware is clearly marked. The illustrations could have been a bit better, especially for the hardware stack ups. The parts are not labeled but easily identified. I didn't find any parts that I would confuse for another part that would result in assembling things together the wrong way. Instructions didn't call out all proper tools needed for assembly. The tools I used to assemble the unit were 1. #3 Phillips screwdriver 2. #2 2hillips screwdriver 3. Knife 4. 2 sets of socket drivers with 1/2" sockets 5. Adjustable wrench You will need the 2 sets of ratchet and sockets to assemble the wheels, trust me. The nut goes into a recessed area and the easiest way to grab the nut to attach the wheel is to have a ratchet with 1/2" socket on each side at the same time. Take your time and don't tighten all the screws right away at each step. Leave it a little loose so that you'll have a bit of tolerance to install all the screws before tightening them all down. Delivery was good and the box wasn't damaged. Although, inside there was some minor bending damage to some of the panels. Nothing terrible that I found to be obvious and visible after fully assembled. Pay attention when unpacking. I found a couple of screws on the bottom of the box that happened to undo themselves off the grill body. I put them aside, but later found out where they went during assembly. Overall, good value for the money.
