The cables were well packed in another sealed plastic bag in a box. Very pleased with the looks, feel, and quality the cables when I took them out of the bag. Well built, the polarity is correct (red wire is to red plug etc ) and the wires are tightened properly to the plugs. The only thing that's a little loose are the red/black body, nothing major. I chose this particular set of cables because I prefer the straight pin type banana plugs. That's all for now. Will update this review once I to test the cables. Update: Tested the cables...it is good! The sound is great! Plugs in nicely into the speakers and back of amp too! Review: Item not as described - These speaker cables looked really nice. It’s well protected, has easy to use and strong connections, and is very aesthetically pleasing. At that, it goes for a good price for what it offers.
