I assume it was a previous customer return because, sure enough, when I tried to use it it generated numerous error messages were generated and I was unable to log on. Product itself was rather dated - huge bezel and poor screen - but if you can get it to work, may be ok for a child.Very poor experience overall. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Disappointed, I miss XP *by W***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 September 2015* This is the first tablet I have owned, so perhaps I expected too much. Memory is rubbish, as soon as I installed Windows 10 (after blood, sweat and tears), it ran short of storage space, and I could find no way of moving stuff onto the memory card I bought for it. With good old XP it was simple, I miss the right click facility! Also touch screen is fiddly and difficult for those of us with pudgy fingers!!! Also very hard to close or expand windows.Battery could last for longer, but no doubt that will improve with new tech coming through.Be warned.
